A study of the theories of social accounting; aggregate, simple, and general income and price level determination; and economic growth. Emphasis is given to techniques of national income and wealth accounting, consumption, and investment functions. Neo-Classical and Neo-Keynesian equilibrium models, the theory of employment, and aggregate growth models are also considered. Prerequisites: ECON 102 and MATH 213 or MATH 221.
