A study of the economic analysis of human resources, and the policy implications of that analysis. Emphasis is given to the theory of labor supply and demand, wage determination, human capital theory, labor market discrimination, the economic impact of unions, poverty, unemployment, and demographic trends in the labor force. Prerequisites: ECON 102 and junior standing. Restricted to School of Business majors and minors. Others may seek permission from the School of Business.
