3 hours. Study of the design phase (both historical and futuristic) of furniture manufacturing. Development and interpretation of production drawings. Joinery, production planning and computer applications to design and cost. (2 hours lecture, 2 hours laboratory). Prerequisites: WT 380 Production Techniques in Woods and WT 326 3-D Modeling for Wood Product Development, or permission of instructor. May be taken for honors.
