Course covers nurturing change, school climate, securing and working effectively with school staff, home/school/community relationship, and the financial aspects of public education. Includes 16 hours of field work. Prerequisite: SSLS 800 Educational Leadership I or permission of instructor. Course often bundled/combined with SSLS 863 Supervision of Instruction.
