3 hours. Theory and diagnosis of brake systems. Includes the following: basic brake systems, hydraulic theory, disc and drum brakes, parking brakes, and power assist units. Includes the theory and system diagnostics on antilock brake systems, ABS operation and traction control. Examples of ABS systems are: Bendix, Delphi, and Bosch.
