3 hours. Application of principles, methods and findings from psychological research to pertinent industrial and organizational problems. Emphasis is given to theories of organizational development, organizational structures, contingencies of supervision and leadership, personnel psychology, theories of motivation, training and development, human engineering, and consumer psychology. Prerequisite: PSYCH 155 General Psychology. May be taken for honors.
