3 hours. Introduction to the study of abnormal behavior. Careful consideration will be given to the history of the concept of abnormality. Symptomatology of abnormal behavior will be studied as well as functional disorders including personality disorders and schizophrenia. Prerequisite: PSYCH 155 General Psychology or permission of instructor. May be taken for honors.
