Lab 6. Prerequisite(s): Completion of BIOL 3023 with a minimum grade of "C" or consent of instructor. Laboratory course to complement BIOL 3023 General Genetics. Experiments on Mendelian, microbial, Drosophila, molecular and population genetics. Techniques including, Drosophila manipulations, DNA isolation, electrophoresis, PRC, DNA sequencing and analyses, cloning and biotechnology.
