Three credits. Concentration on developing student's ability in adventure-based recreation and education. Emphasis placed on learning how to implement an outdoor pursuit experience for oneself and others. Both on- and off-campus experiences will be conducted and may involve day/ overnight camping, canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, rappelling, caving, ropes courses, and orienteering.
