One to four credits. Prerequisite: Permission of the instructor. Student research allied with the instructor's research or designed specifically for the particular student. Minimum of three clock-hours work per week required for each credit hour. Up to four hours may count in the General Science major, but does not count for a major or minor in Chemistry. May be repeated for a total of four credits.
