An exploration of the creative possibilities within studio production ceramics. Emphasis is on the design and fabrication of a complete dinnerware set. Additional smaller sets of various types are also assigned. Students work with appropriate glazing and firing methods for functional ceramics. Prerequisite: ARTS 241 Ceramics or ARTS 266 Wheelworking
