The planning, production, and presentation of a complete advertising campaign with the emphasis upon the creative aspects. Given an advertising problem and a hypothetical budget, groups within the class compete in producing a campaign; media selection, copy writing, layout. Each group will make a formal presentation to a panel of faculty and professionals. Includes professional portfolio preparation. Prerequisite(s): VIS 312 (2,2) 3 credits
