This seminar explores the major concerns and issues involved in current nursing practice. Relevant aspects of nursing history are reviewed. Topics discussed include: the distribution of nursing and other services required to meet society's changing health needs, legal responsibilities and ethical considerations inherent in nursing care, and an exploration of the health care delivery system.
