Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is an organizational systems approach that integrates information, decision making, and master scheduling relating to production planning and control; material requirements planning; marketing; finance; and human resources. Key ERP concepts, forecast methodologies, and implementation strategies will be covered in the course. Also included are ERP-related article reprints.
