Laboratory activities and experiences are designed to provide students with further practice in developing skills with intra-oral radiographic techniques. In addition, students will learn supplemental techniques that are not limited to, but include: occlusal, extra-oral, digital, panoramic, and special patients. Interpretation of radiographs will be emphasized, with integration of the role that radiographs play in the dental hygiene diagnosis and treatment planning.
