Students are introduced to problem solving, algorithmic design and program development using the C programming language. Concepts of data typing, structured programming, procedural abstraction and program testing are presented in the context of a high-level programming language. Through case studies and laboratory work, students will analyze problems, design, test and debug programs to solve these problems and document their work. Prerequisite(s): CMP 125 (2,2) 3 credits
