A laboratory course that develops student expertise in a full range of basic and advanced bioscience laboratory techniques, as well as laboratory safety standards. A variety of laboratory equipment will be used by students to perform a series of preparatory and analytical assignments during the semester, including preparation of solutions and dilutions. Students are required to maintain a laboratory notebook, analyze and display data in graphic form, and report results in a standard format.
