Role of the surveyor in retracing land boundaries, methods of boundary establishment, classification and analysis of boundary evidence, laws governing riparian boundaries, preparing deed descriptions and survey plats, preservation of survey evidence, surveyor as expert witness, ethics, liability, and professionalism in surveying.
