This course provides curriculum approaches and strategies to enable the student to design, implement, and monitor functional and ageappropriate programs for children and youth with moderate and severe disabilities in both school and community-based settings. Course content is to include domestic living, community mobility and social instruction, prevocational and vocational training and advocacy to accommodate a viable transition toward independent adult living.
