Prerequisite(s): CPSC 3150; instructor approval. This course is focused on improving patient care through writing and using patient-driven protocols. Students explore AARC clinical practice guidelines and regional practices, comparing differences or similarities in practice. There is an emphasis is on teaching patients and families how to perform modalities and actively participate in the return to wellness. This course is conducted using the World Wide Web (www) and an online laboratory.
