- Prerequisite: Completion of second semester, sophomore courses. Prerequisite or Corequisite: ALNU 3010. This course introduces the foundations for nursing care of clients' human needs. Emphasis is placed on independent and interdependent nursing interventions that aid adult clients and families in meeting their needs related to hygiene, mobility, safety, oxygenation, comfort, rest, sleep, and elimination.
