Lecture includes an in-depth study of biological principles common to both plants and animals. Included are units and cellular structure and metabolism, cellular reproduction, energy flow, genetics evolution and ecology. Laboratory will include a series of individuals and group research projects. Limited to students in the Honors program. Three one-hour lectures and one three-hour laboratory each week. 4
