1 cl hr, 3 lab hrs, 2 cr Computer applications in mechanical engineering technology that give the student a working knowledge in using the computer as a tool. The student develops programming skills in a modern high-level programming language and applies these skills in performing engineering and technical calculations, data entry and data retrieval. The computer is also applied as a design tool. The student is introduced to computer graphics and to using the computer as a machine controller. Prerequisites: IND 1112/DD 112, MAT 1275/MA 275
