3 cl hrs, 3 cr This course will teach students how to analyze and report on a facility's financial performance. Topics include revenue, operating and capital budgets and the use of tax incentives for financing facilities development. Present value techniques for analyzing a facility's long-term financing options and for evaluating capital improvement projects will also be covered. The use of computers to perform financial analyses is required. Prerequisite: MAT 1275/MA 275
