Assignment to field work/study situations of approximately nine hours per week at one of the following; a local manufacturer, an engineering research company, or an engineering laboratory. Each student keeps a log/journal to be shared in group seminars and also completes a term report. Supervision by faculty and job supervisors. Prerequisites: MECH 1201/MT 201, MECH 1222/MT 222, MECH 1240/ MT 240
