3 cl hrs, 3 cr Through case studies, students will learn the diverse skills that facilities managers must have to successfully fulfill their responsibilities in a variety of settings; commercial, institutional, health care, residential, governmental. This course will also prepare them to develop plans for the repair or replacement of a major building system, understand the impact of government regulations on the operation of a facility, and keep abreast of the technical changes affecting the facilities management industry. Prerequisites: FMGT 3510/FM 510, FMGT 3520/FM 520
