2 cl hrs, 2 lab hrs, 3 cr A laboratory course in which students perform evaluations of chilled water air conditioning systems, cooling tower water treatments and indoor air quality. They learn the operation of boilers with dual fuel burners, and hydronic heating systems. Also included are computerized HVAC Direct Digital Control systems, and acoustic and vibration analysis of mechanical equipment. Individual laboratory reports are required. Prerequisites: ENVC 2321/EC 321, ENVC 2322/EC 322
