3 cl hrs, 3 cr Students will become familiar with facility management and building management computer systems, voice and data telecommunications systems, networking systems and the supporting infrastructure for all of these systems. They will also be taught the fundamentals of disaster planning, emergency management, environmental strategies, and the issues which need to be addressed in planning for common and extraordinary occurrences that affect buildings.
