3 cl hrs, 3 cr This course shows students how the relationships between tenants, owners, managers, banks, lenders, regulatory agencies and community groups affect urban housing management. Topics covered will include financial management, how to meet the immediate housing needs of tenants, how to provide a secure and habitable community, how facility managers can provide leadership and the different types of property and ownership. Term projects are required. Prerequisites: FMGT 3510/FM 510, FMGT 3520/FM 520
