An emphasis is focused on quality control programs; statistical process controls; setting standards, tolerances and their random variations; SNAP, GRACoL, SWOP and FIRST guidelines; material testing; ANSI standards; light variables; copy variables; metamerism, densitometry, colorimetry and spectrophotometry, color proofing processes; role of PreFLyting; pressroom variables; evaluating color bar ink traps, dot gain and print contrast; quality management, customer service and scheduling.
