2 cl hrs, 2 lab hrs, 3 cr Theory and practice in advanced forms of digital video. Emphasizes the integration of special effects incorporating typography, graphics and photography. Students create an advanced digital video project for output to the World Wide Web and/or DVD with software such as Adobe AfterEffects. Students also learn new protocols required for creating and delivering video for the World Wide Web and DVD. Prerequisite: ADV 3620/AD 620 or department approval required
