1 cl hr, 2 lab hrs, 2 cr Interaction between design and production to meet industry requirements are studied to help prepare students for advertising, printing or publishing. Discussions and exercises covering conditions, deadlines, standards, materials, personnel, asset management and equipment, develop skills necessary for scheduling and preparation of job "tickets" and "bags." Alcovers a survey of print production organization charts, traffic procedures in advertising, printing and publishing and comparisons of their differences and similarities.
