2 cl hrs, 2 lab hrs, 3 cr Through lectures, demonstrations and hands-on practice, students are exposed to the process of creating, producing and editing digital video. Topics include pre-production (creative concept, scripting, storyboards), production (shooting techniques, soundtrack, lighting) and post production (capturing, editing, sound mix and special effects). Students work with software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere and SoundStudio. Prerequisites: ADV 3500/AD 500, ADV 3501/AD 501 or ADV 3530/AD 530
