1 cl hr, 1 cr Students will concentrate on familiarizing themselves with the language and format of all labor, insurance and medical forms associated with filing a Workers' Compensation claim, pursuant to the law governing such claims. Attention will be given to the client interview as well as preparation of various documents and pleadings needed to bring a claim to the hearing stage of proceedings.
