Special attention is given to the concepts and practice skills of various organizational and program management models, including program planning budgeting system, management by objective, cost-benefit analysis, zero-base budgeting and total quality management. Emphasis is placed on management efforts that make human services organizations and programs more efficient, effective and humane in the delivery of health and social services.
