This is an interactive course which utilizes the principles of adult learning. This course examines the theologies of ordered ministry; summarizes theories foundational to formation of children, youth and adults in religious settings; outlines ministry as a leadership function; and explores significant issues which influence and impact ministry in the local faith community.
