This is an activity-based course designed for teachers who will be teaching in the elementary grades. This course will reflect the Wisconsin Learner Standards for the Biological Sciences. Students will study cell theory, plant and animal structure and function, how science is a mode of inquiry, science's role in today's society, and how to use the skills and processes of scientific inquiry. This course is only for students majoring in education. Lab fee.
