This course will introduce students to the poetry, drama, and fiction of Europe. Topics for study might include classics of Western Civilization, 20th Century works by non-English European writers, literature produced by the European colonies, or the literature of war. Themes, assigned works, and the level of challenge will vary from year to year. Please check with the English Department for a particular semester's course description. Prerequisite: EN 150.
