3 hours credit An introduction to the study of multimedia design, including principles of graphic design; introduction to authoring; on-screen layout; and introduction to authoring tools. With a basic understanding of Instructional Systems Design, students will learn to create desktop and on-screen multimedia applications. Thi s class will also include a brief introduction to au thoring software. Prerequisite or concurrent enrollment in CIS 1013. Lecture 2 hours, lab 2 hours.
