Accurate procedures for chemical and 2007-2009 Cal Poly Catalog biological testing, statistical approach to sampling and design and interpretation of HACCP programs for assuring product quality and safety. 3 lectures, 1 laboratory. Prerequisite: DSCI 233 and MCRO 221, STAT 130 or STAT 218.
