This course is an analysis of the consumer in marketing situations as a buyer and user of products and services and in relation to the various individual and marketing factors affecting his or her behavior. Topics include the basic foundations underlying consumer behavior, such as economic, social, psychological, and cultural factors. The influence of marketing communications is also considered.
