The mechanics of camera and flash systems are covered along with troubleshooting, use of shutter speed, aperture, and composition. The course consists of four (4) classroom sessions plus weekend field trips to various recreational settings where hiking is involved. Art students may not substitute this class for another photography course required as part of their major. (Pass/Fail.)
