Instruction includes a review of all aspects of Athletic Training that have been covered in the Boise State-Athletic Training Education Program. This includes a review of the organization and administration of Athletic Training, as well as the education and counseling of athletes. There is also instruction in the techniques of prevention, evaluation, and treatment of common injuries/ illnesses. This class provides an environment where the Student Athletic Trainer may practice and be scrutinized on the application of various clinical Athletic Training skills. (Pass/Fail.) PREREQ: KINES 421.
