Students combine construction field supervision concepts and skills into a comprehensive project that includes supervision and safety procedures, labor relations, quality control, monitoring/ inspection of construction operations, documentation procedures, ethics, and other topics. Students are required to take the AIC Level 1 Certified Professional Constructor Exam as a culminating activity. PREREQ/ COREQ: CMGT 417 and senior status.
