Content is designed to provide a fundamental background in the law and regulatory issues of today's healthcare culture. Advanced legal terminology, concepts, and principles will be presented, discussed and applied in relation to clinical practice. Radiologic Technologist scope of practice issues and situations will be investigated. PR: Completion of AS in Radiologic Technology or related radiologic sciences, proof of certification in Radiography or other modality through ARRT, or permission of instructor.
