A course in basic grammar and writing to prepare students for the required six-hour composition sequence. The grade in the course will be computed in semester and cumulative grade point averages, but the course may not be used to satisfy general education requirements nor provide credit toward any degree. A student who is placed in ENGL 0303 must earn a grade of "C" or better in the course before enrollingin ENGL 1013. A student who makes a "D"or "F" in ENGL 0303 must repeat thecourse in each subsequent semester until he or she earns a grade of "C" or better.
