This course provides a theoretical and practical approach to the development, planning, design, and installation of museum exhibitions. Students will develop an understanding of approaches to presenting museum exhibits, and learn basic principles of exhibit design, fabrication, and preparation techniques. Students are also introduced to exhibition-related conservation issues and assessment of visitor needs. Cross-listed as AHIS 331.
