1 hour This course is designed to give practical experiences in evaluating reading progress of children K-3. Emphasis will be placed on testing procedures, interpreting test data, and planning to meet the individual reading/language arts needs of children from kindergarten to 3rd grade. Prerequisites: C or higher in EN101 and CM101 or CM110. Must be taken concurrently with ED304. Must be taken the academic year immediately prior to student teaching. Must apply to teacher education or consent of education department chair.
