3 hours This course provides a decision-oriented overview of marketing management in modern sports organizations. Lecture and leading assignments will supplement project development assignments. Students will apply knowledge gained in other courses in analyzing and discussing readings and cases. Class discussion and presentation of findings are important elements in evaluation ofstudent progress. Quizzes, exams and writing assignments will also be part of the evaluation process. A team-based project applying marketing principles will also be required. Prerequisites: EC111, BU221.
