Recommended: courses 113, 141, Computer Science 35L. Design of robotics systems that combine embedded hardware, software, mechanical subsystems, and fundamental algorithms for sensing and control to expose students to basic concepts in robotics and current state of art. Lecture closely tied to design laboratory where students work in teams to construct series of subsystems leading to final project. Letter grading.
